We want you to feel confident shopping with Desert Bazaar PK. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have [14/30] days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items — such as final sale, personal care, or custom products — may not be eligible for return; these will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to start a return Email us at techtroveusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including the return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges Need a different size or item? Email techtroveusa@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at techtroveusa@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
